Satsang Skill Development Centre

Since 2014, SSDC has been training rural youth in life skills, communication, functional literacy, and employability. Young men and women gain exposure to computers, English, and problem-solving while also receiving mentoring from industry professionals. With 12 batches trained so far, the centre has placed 98% of graduates into jobs across retail, banking, agriculture, and services. For many, this is their first step toward financial independence and self-confidence. The program bridges rural-urban divides by creating opportunity where few existed.
